Good to Know — Studio Dare’s Policies
Your booking. Studios are rented clean and come with our furniture and facilities. Use the furniture normally or as props at no extra charge. The lounge, dining area, and meeting room are included but shared; rent Studios A and B together, and they're all yours. A standard day is 10 hours; a half day is 5 hours; Monday to Sunday. 220V power and air conditioning are included; three-phase (380V) is available on request. Video shoots are welcome - the studios aren't soundproofed, but they are very quiet.
Book ahead. So we can guarantee availability, send a gear list at least 24 hours before your shoot, book any crew (producers, digital operators, assistants, runners) at least 48 hours ahead, and reserve building parking at least 24 hours ahead. Groups of any size are welcome - just tell us if you'll have more than 20 people in Studio A or 12 in Studio B. Bringing a pet? Welcome.
Deposit & payment. All rentals require a refundable deposit equal to the equipment's replacement value, held in cash or against an ID card or passport. Payment is due on completion, by cash, Alipay, WeChat, or bank transfer. Multi-day and weekly rates are available - just ask. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50%; within 24 hours, the full fee applies.
Looking after the space. Please leave the studio as you found it. Set builds carry a cleaning fee, and the renter is responsible for any repairs, waste removal, or damage to furniture or props. You may not alter, paint, or cover the premises or furniture. You're responsible for insuring your own gear - we can't cover loss or theft of your or your guests' property.
Equipment. Rentals run 24 hours from pickup to return. Gear goes out clean and working - please check it on collection and return it the same way. Tell us straight away if anything fails and we'll replace it; damage from accident or misuse is the renter's responsibility. We can arrange off-site delivery, and larger off-site rentals may include a Studio Dare | 大胆 handler to supervise the equipment.
House rules. No smoking inside. No drugs. Filming and photography are limited to the studio itself - not the hallways, stairwells, or rooftop.

提前预订

押金与付款
所有租赁均需缴纳押金，金额等同于器材的购买价格，可以现金支付，或以身份证或护照作为抵押。租赁结束时付清，支持现金、支付宝、微信或银行转账。提供多日及周租优惠，欢迎咨询。预订前48小时内取消收取50%费用；24小时内取消收取全额费用。
爱护场地
请保持影棚原貌，离开。搭建置景需收取清洁费；任何维修、垃圾清运，或对家具、道具的损坏，均由承租人承担。不得改动、粉刷或覆盖场地及家具。请自行为您的器材投保；我们无法承担您或您客人的财物的遗失或失窃。
器材
租期自取件至归还共24小时。器材出租时均干净可用，请在取件时检查，并以相同状态归还。如租用期间出现任何故障，请立即告知，我们将为您更换；因意外或使用不当造成的损坏由承租人负责。我们可安排外送，较大金额的外景租赁可能需由 Studio Dare | 大胆 的器材管理人员随行监管。
棚内守则
室内禁止吸烟。禁止毒品。录制与摄影仅限影棚内进行，楼道、楼梯及天台不可进行拍摄。
