What we collect. When you contact us through the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and anything you include in your message. As you browse, our platform and analytics tools automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited.

Why we collect it. We collect it only to respond to your enquiry, provide the studio, equipment, and production services you ask about, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics. This site uses cookies and Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works.

Who processes your data. Squarespace builds and hosts the site, and Google provides analytics. Both process data on our behalf to run the site, and because they are hosted outside mainland China, they may process your data abroad.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting booking; we keep analytics data for the period set by our analytics provider.

Your rights. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email bookings@studiodareshanghai.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
